Brothers 2 Wireless Refund and Return Policies

 

**Brothers 2 Wireless aspires to promote happy customers.

Please read the description of the item carefully. If at any time a buyer has questions, please contact us. We are happy to provide additional answers and photos of the item at any time.

**All items are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt of the order. Orders are usually processed and shipped within one business day.

* A business day is equivalent to posted hours and holiday schedule of The United States Postal Service.

**Brothers 2 Wireless will accept returns within 30 days of estimated delivery dates for all reasons. Refunds are based on the return reason. If the reason cannot be determined, the minimal required refund amount is equal to the item price.

There are no restocking fees.

If a return request is initiated because the “item is not wanted” Brothers 2 Wireless reserves the right to decline acceptance and will respond within 2 business days.

The Buyer is refunded the purchase price of the item only.

All items will have tracking to verify arrival and location on the item up to delivery.

Damaged items will be refunded purchase price and original shipping. Please provide the details of the damage and/or take a photo of the concern and send to us.

If item is not as described or does not match the description Brothers 2 Wireless agrees items will be refunded purchase price and original shipping.

Please contact Brothers 2 Wireless with your concern and Instructions will be given for potential return of the item, or request to donate the item to a local charity. A return shipping label will be sent via Email, if that is what is indicated.

Buyer has changed their mind and does not wat the book.

* Seller will instruct return of the item and provide a refund of the book price only. A shipping label will be sent via email to complete the return.

* Refund will be completed upon confirmation of returned item. Return label will have tracking.
